• You must not share your credentials with others
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to manipulate votes or community signals artificially
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission
• Use the platform to promote scam projects or rug pulls
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Impersonate other users or the AirdropStack team

You retain ownership of content you post (comments, profile information). By posting, you grant AirdropStack a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem harmful to the community, without notice.

All content on AirdropStack is for informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Airdrop listings, difficulty ratings, and reward estimates are community opinions, not guarantees.

We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from participating in airdrops listed on our platform. Always conduct your own due diligence.

AirdropStack links to third-party websites and projects. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Affiliate links are clearly labeled — we may earn a commission if you use them.

Some listings on AirdropStack are paid sponsorships. These are clearly labeled as "Sponsored". Sponsorship does not constitute our endorsement of the project. Sponsored projects are subject to the same community review as regular listings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.

AirdropStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any information on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirdropStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
